Are you in a long distance relationship? So… is it worth it?

Hindi ko maimagine before that I can build an emotional attachedment with someone a thousand miles away from me.But it can be possible.. and a lot of people says seem to make it work. Siguro it depends on what are you willing to give up or take… or either handle the situation.

Long distance relationship is indeed very difficult. Minsan hindi maiwasang naiiyak ka na lang kc you miss him badly lalo na those time you both share your precious memories together, mga non-sense talk pero masaya, mga asaran at kulitan. May mga time na you almost gave up but you can’t coz you love him so much and you cannot afford to let your negative emotions ruin your relationship.

I know na kahit magkalayo kami now, but I believe is not permanent. It’s good to take the benefit of having good times with our family and friends and also for our individual dreams as well, but still it’s really different when you can hug the one you love especially when you are down and having a bad day.Masasabi mo nlang “sana andito ka”… :c
We constantly communicate and I cannot afford not to talk/chat/text with him for more than 24-hours.The feeling is like losing him already. Parang paranoid ka lang…; p

The question is.. it worth it..?I believed for me it worth..if you two truly care about one another and you can see this relationship as long term commitment.. so why not? I know its really hard cos its require so much commitment and trust. But in the end it makes you so much closer cos you have to work to make it work…just feel so happy and it helps you appriciate one onother more…

Coffee is the best thing to douse the sunrise with.

Today I learned…

Coffee was once forbidden by Christian priests!

May religious history din pala ang kape, diba?

I also learned that…

The first coffee tree in the Philippines was planted in Lipa.
The ”coffee capital” of the Philippines is the city of Amadeo.

“watch your life diligently.” know yourself, watch your life, find humour and humility through everything.

Baka totoo nga yun para makita din natin what we have, what we should be thankful for, and also how whatever we lost before can open doors for bigger and better blessings later on.

I also learned that God didn’t live to teach us how towant moreHis life was about the challenge of letting go.They say, let go of something first, go down first, and you’ll earn the kind of faith that’ll allow you new beginningsandthe freedom to grow.

The 5 things we can do to clean up our act!

Posted by pamatay in my blog

1.the guts to eat the right stuff. junk tastes gooood but try drinking as much water as you can. then watch what you take in cos it can make you or break you. an electric juicer is still the best tool for gulping up the desired, but often dreaded, greens :)

2. get out of your comfort zone… do something. do one thing every week that scares you. slap yourself when you get crazy lazy & it’s not an official holiday. shake your boo-tay when you like the music you hear, cos angels aside, you are down and depressed sometimes! think of what, in the 9 lives of a cat, youbelieve in… you have to believe in SOMETHING… make yourselfuseful. puwera  plastikan.

3. compliment someone (and mean it). I read this somewhere before and it’s so great. there isn’t a snowball’s chance in hell you wouldn’t get a kick out of it– it works with anyone cos everyone is somewhat vain and wants a compliment! how bout saying THANK YOU to someone… or making a peace offering… there has to be someone you haven’t talked to in a while?
make
peace, not war. make loooove, not war.

4. find something toLIKE. a new film? song? out of the box idea? a new dream job? a new tambayan? somethingabout your PAST? laugh. try it now, smile. makes you feel good already i’m sure. laugh cos something’s funny, laugh cos you find something ridiculous. laugh cos it’s good for you. laugh cos you can.

5. never allow anyone to say you don’t have a BACKBONE.take a break.know when & why you have tobe fair to yourself.know how to cry whether out of relief or remorse.know when something is hurting you. know when something is an act of truth or just an act, period.  know when something is, or isn’t, good for you. don’t stress yourself out about it all…rest, and try to see why you should be proudof your decisions.
